LA BIRRIAMEN WAS BORN IN THE YEAR 2024 WHEN THE PANDEMIC FORCED ALL DINEERS TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE MOST IMPORTANT APPLICATIONS IN EACH CITY AND THE IDEA OF MAKING THIS FUSION OF ORIENTAL FOOD AND MEXICAN FOOD ARISES, WHICH ALREADY EXISTED IN THE LATIN RESTAURANTS OF LOS ANGELES, IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THE IDEA BEGAN AS A DARK KITCHEN LOCATED IN ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHERE IT GAVE LIFE TO THE IDEA OF BEING ABLE TO MAKE THAT FUSION OF FOOD WITH A VERY SPECIAL TOUCH THAT CHARACTERIZES LA BIRRIAMEN.
